Herman Osofsky

Herman Osofsky is an accomplished New Jersey divorce lawyer. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is listed in Who’s Who in American Law. He has been named as a Master of the Inns of Court – Family Division and has served as the President of Passaic County Bar Association.

In his 42-year career, Mr. Osofsky is a seasoned courtroom advocate. He has tried countless cases to completion, including several custody trials. While Herman Osofsky has tried many cases to conclusion, most of his cases settle by way of thorough preparation and aggressive representation and a reputation for fighting for the interests of his clients. Mr. Osofsky is both a certified arbitrator and mediator, and is a founding officer and director of the Divorce Arbitrators of New Jersey. Scott J. Bocker

For more than 10 years, Scott Bocker has helped hundreds of people throughout northern New Jersey get solutions to family law problems. He has served as a panelist for the Passaic, Bergen and Essex Counties' Matrimonial Early Settlement Panels and is a member of the Passaic County and New Jersey Bar Associations. He is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
