SCOTT J. BOCKER, ESQ. has practiced divorce law in New Jersey for over 13 years. He is a member of the Passaic County Bar Association, and for over eight years, he has served as a panelist for the Passaic, Bergen and Essex Counties' Matrimonial Early Settlement Panels, and is currently the Chair of the Passaic County Panel where he serves.  He also serves on the Passaic County Family Law Committee and was recently appointed as Chair of a Passaic County Fee Arbitration Committee.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School, and he is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
